Your mission

Onet is recruiting a Business Controller F/H for its International Division based in Madrid.

The Onet International Division covers the Group's activities in Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Luxembourg, Brazil and the United States. Reporting to the CFO / CDO, you will provide essential support to the team, while actively participating in the continuous improvement of processes within the business unit and its subsidiaries.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

• Financial analysis
• Financial reporting
• Budget management
• Cash management
• Development of investment strategies and assessment of their profitability
• Process simplification and optimization
• Implementation of KPIs, business monitoring tools and forecasts
• Modeling and data analysis

Your assets

With a BAC+5 degree in finance/management, you have significant experience in consulting and ideally have already worked in transactions.

You have a sound knowledge of finance and accounting, and a thorough command of data analysis, programming and modeling methods and tools (Excel+ VBA, possibly Power BI, Python, etc.).

You are recognized for your rigor, your ability to analyze and summarize, your proactivity and your high level of autonomy. In addition, your excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills will enable you to evolve with ease in a challenging, multicultural environment.

You have an international profile and a good command of the Group's three main languages: Spanish, English and French. Knowledge of Portuguese would be a plus.
