What You'll Do:
Within the Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Environment & Security Department of Lubrizol at the Gavà site, the successful candidate will join the team as Quality Assurance Technician. In this role, you will give support to our Cosmetics business.
As a QA Technician, you will contribute to the general goals of the QA Department:
  • Maintenance of the Quality certifications of the site: ISO 22716, ISO 22000.
  • Continuous improvement of the QMS, always keeping focus on market and regulatory needs.

What We're Looking For:
  • Review and approve batch records. Release manufacturing batches
  • Investigate deviations, non-conformities and out-of-trends
  • Establish and follow-up corrective measures
  • Assess risk of processes related to product quality
  • Manage and update the quality documentary system
  • Plan and carry out internal quality audits
  • Plan and carry out internal quality training initiatives
  • Propose, review and follow-up key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the Management Review

Skills That Make a Difference:
  • High Studies in Sciences.
  • 3 years of relevant experience related to quality management systems within the Cosmetics industry. Experience on quality management systems in the Food industry will be also valued.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22716 and/or EFfCI standard, and experience in their application. Knowledge of ISO 22000 will be valued.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of other languages and advanced computer skills (especially knowledge of quality management software) will be valued.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and good interpersonal skills. Collaborative and team building attitude.
  • Ability to build consensus between stakeholders with different approaches and interests.
