Opportunity Overview:

  • Position: Sales Representative / Managers – Pasmosa Premium Sangria
  • Location: All of Spain, we are looking for Sales Representatives in every major city.
  • Compensation: Base Pay against 20% commissions (€1,500 to €10,000/month)
  • Languages: Spanish & English required

With a Purchase of 15 cases, we will get the retailers in front of 250K Facebook and 33 to 65 million views in a month, this alone will close sales.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Close deals with bars, restaurants, and retailers. You aim to get Pasmosa in front of decision-makers and secure the sale.
  • Account set up: Conduct staff training, sample the staff, implement incentives, and post social media posts or reels for the venue on your phone.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients and grow your accounts.
  • Promote Pasmosa: Attend events, tastings, and trade shows to expand brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Manage Accounts: You'll handle everything from initial tastings to account set-up and ensure ongoing sales. You’re commissioned on every order!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Experience: You must have a track record of successfully closing deals or prove to me in person you can, I will train you personally. If you’ve been doing outside sales and can set appointments and close aggressively, we want you!
  • Highly Driven: You thrive on earning big and pushing yourself to succeed.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have a car if needed pending city or location, computer, phone, and know how to use CRM software.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English: Communication is key to building relationships and closing sales.
  • Passionate: If you’re not excited about selling a premium product like Pasmosa, this role isn’t for you.
