Westcon-Comstor is looking for a Pre-Sales to join our Rebura Spanish team.

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity play a strategic role in shaping Rebura's presence in this key region. Partnering closely with the AWS commercial business, you support sales staff in the achievement of set revenue and budgets in line with company directive and objectives. You provide product based technical sales support to authorized business partners.

Duties & Responsibilities / What you can expect from the role:


  • Generate and provide customer quotations (verbally and in writing) as requested by the sales staff and business partners
  • Support the efficient promotion of differentiating Rebura value propositions through sales engagement and partner training
  • Provide presentation and demonstrations for end users on behalf of our business partners
  • Work with full marketing team, vendor and sales to develop compelling programs and initiatives
  • Maintain competitive awareness of other AWS products and other distribution activity
  • Represent AWS' product effectively and accurately
  • Point of contact for customer inquiries regarding solution designs (and resolution of queries received via the CRM ticketing system)
  • Answering of telephone queries from the pre sales help lines
  • Liaise with and support all other internal teams
  • Provide internal updates on a regular basis and monthly report on tracking business levels, product trends, promotions and top customer profile
  • Identify ways to build margin by means of bundling and developing new propositions
  • Assist where necessary with inventory, special orders, and customer events as necessary
  • Support sales team with product positioning and work in collaboration to understand product trends
  • Ensure customer operations have the necessary product and promotional information
  • Develop product presentations for the sales force
  • Work with product management to train Sales staff and Customers on specific products
  • Attend monthly sales meetings
  • Maintain regular contact with targeted customers
  • Present sales management with relevant reports and analysis
  • Track competitive issues and log of pricing issues, corrections, and results
  • Maintain appropriate vendor certifications to maintain accreditation in line with vendor programmes
  • Maintain knowledge of vendors pricing and channel support tools

What we expect from you:

  • Spanish is your native language and you're fluent in English.
  • Knowledge in AWS.
  • Strong Presales capabilities.
  • Ability to deliver training.
  • You have a significant experience as a Pre Sales or Solutions Architect (at least 5 years).
  • You are sales-orientated, organized and have great time management skills.
  • You are able to work in an international environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer obsessed mindset.
  • Adaptable to change, with the ability to pivot strategies based on client needs and market shifts, and thrive in Rebura's fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment.
