Technical Skills:

• Active Directory: Proficiency in managing and migrating AD environments, including user accounts, group policies, and security settings.

• Office 365: Expertise in O365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, including migration and administration.

• Azure: Knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, and other related services for cloud-based identity and access management.

• Security: Understanding of security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and data protection.

• Networking: Familiarity with networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN.

Soft Skills:

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.

• Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.

Experience:

• Previous Experience: Several years of experience in IT support or system administration, particularly with AD and O365 migrations.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are often preferred.

• This role is crucial for ensuring that migrations are completed efficiently and securely, minimizing downtime and maintaining business continuity
