Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and leadership-oriented Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing cosmetics company. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising teams in a warehouse environment, excellent command of English, and a valid forklift license. They will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and meeting objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the warehouse team.
• Distributing and monitoring team tasks.
• Performing picking, packing, receiving, and shipping of orders.
• Managing and controlling inventory.
• Loading and unloading goods using forklifts.
• Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness.
• Daily reporting to the warehouse manager on team performance and operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift license.
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience supervising teams in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in picking, packing, receiving, and inventory control.
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate the team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) (preferred).
• Full schedule availability.

Pay: 15,000.00€ - 25,000.00€ per month
