Bello 22, SL is a company dedicated to connecting newcomers to the Marbella area with local businesses. We provide services to both newcomers, helping them settle in, and to local businesses, helping them reach this target audience.

About the Role

In this exciting new role, you will be the bridge between newcomers and local businesses in Marbella. You will be responsible for providing a seamless and welcoming experience for newcomers to Marbella and helping local companies connect with this growing market. You will complete necessary administrative tasks including translation, communication and organisational framework.

Responsibilities

  • For Newcomers:
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive newcomer information package, including details on housing, healthcare, education, transportation, and cultural activities, highlighting relevant local businesses.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for newcomers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing general support, while also connecting them with local resources
  • For Local Businesses:
  • Assist local businesses with properly listing their business on Google My Business, Yelp, and other popular consumer platforms.
  • Offer guidance on social media best practices to help businesses promote themselves to newcomers.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and organisations to establish a network of resources for newcomers and promote their services within the expat community.
  • For Both:
  • Organise and lead informative workshops and events to help newcomers integrate into the community, featuring presentations from local businesses.
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with the newcomer services program and with the day-to-day running of the company, including translation, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events, services, and resources relevant to newcomers, and keep the business directory current.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Proven ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of the Marbella area, its amenities, and cultural offerings.
  • Understanding of basic SEO principles and social media marketing would be beneficial but not absolutely required.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
