We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Tester and Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products while providing customer support and managing various administrative tasks. Software programming would be beneficial however, not mandatory as training will be provided.
A few of key tasks are listed below:
Software Testing: Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify and report bugs, issues, and inconsistencies. Collaborate with the development to ensure timely resolution of identified problems.
Customer Support: Provide a high level of customer service by resolving customer inquiries and technical issues. Communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis through various channels such as managing the dedicated Help Desk email and meeting with customer using Microsoft Teams.
Product Development and Management: Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights and feedback from customers, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products. Assist in the management of product life cycles from developing to testing and ensuring customers are satisfied.
